refunds & returns
Please contact us first if you wish to return an item.
If we have made a mistake or an item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 14 days and email us photographs where possible.
If you are returning a damaged item, we will refund your postage costs for sending it back.
We will then provide a replacement where possible or a full refund for the cost of the item.
As custom prints are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.
